Denison Gas Brings In Parasyn as Operations Partner

Denison Gas Limited and its affiliates are a gas exploration and production company focused on supplying the east Australian domestic gas market. The project area sits within the Denison Trough portion of the greater Bowen Basin, an area that has to date produced over 320 PJ of gas. Denison Gas operates 14 gas fields across 10 production leases and 2 potential commercial areas, with a current stock of 65 wells, supported by 2 gas processing facilities, 4 additional gas compression facilities, and a 200km gas pipeline network connected to the east Australian gas market via the Jemena Queensland Gas Pipeline.

The project area also hosts significant CSG and tight gas exploration targets in the same formations being successfully produced and tested nearby at Fairview, Spring Gully, and Mira/Mahalo. Denison Gas aims to become a significant domestic energy player, with its assets positioned to grow materially from current production levels.

With strong relationships between both companies' senior personnel, Parasyn provides consultancy advice and a project delivery team to implement initiatives aligned with Denison Gas's operational priorities. Not every good idea can be implemented at once, so the focus stays on selecting the activities that deliver the best value given current circumstances and business goals. In summary, Parasyn is developing Denison's Operational Management systems by providing:

This partnership is resurrecting one of the oldest gas assets in operation in Australia, making it a profitable, productive asset again through current technology, delivered cost effectively.
